At Panto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or special order items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
